You lose perspective when you get close to this glacier, and when you move away from it as well. One of the most incredible sights I've ever seen in my entire life. I've been to quite a few glaciers in Alaska and a few in Iceland as well, and each have their own peculiarities, this one, is quite impressive because of the sheer size of it!!!! This is an overwhelmingly beautiful place to visit. A must for travelers all over the world. We got a nice day, not too cold, not too warm, sunny and cloudy all in one. For photographers, you'll want a day when the sun isn't shinning too bright otherwise your photos will be overexposed. When it comes to the Alaskan glaciers, always choose a day when it's a tiny bit cloudy so the brightness doesn't ruin your eye-sight or pictures!
