Fulford Cave Caving

Fulford Cave, in Eagle County's White River National Forest, is very good location for beginners. The cave is situated at an elevation of 10,000 feet and has more than a mile of underground passageways, along with pits and formations. Great hike to the main cave entrance. Ladder works and the rope is attached to the end of the ladder. Not too cold for this time of season. Lots of fun, plenty of rock formations, lots of exploring, with pretty cool water flowing deep in parts of the cave.  Need a permit, map and essentials for cave exploration. I highly recommend going here and spending the entire day inside.
