Hike to Sosnovka park Loop

This is one of the best kept public spaces in St. Petersburg and a popular hiking spot.

The best time to visit a park or a garden is during the Summer when the weather in Saint Petersburg is warm and sunny but if you don't mind the cold and love walking on the snow or sliding on ice in the park, then the Winter can be also a good time to visit these parks.

To start your hike start from the main parking area, cross into the park and complete a 7K km perimeter loop by heading north toward the lakes and circling back along the eastern park border. This park is so big that you can get lost, especially in the northern portion of the park where the ground can be a bit boggy.
