Known as ” Salta la Linda ” (Salta the beautiful), it is the capital city of the province of the same name. The Devil's Throat around a 1h15 to walk up along the trail (follow the arrow that says 4km), a few steep sections, but mostly a continuous climb with great views, especially on the way down. It's mostly in the shade in the day. I spent about an hour walking up to the waterfall and the narrow trails through the canyon once I got there. 10 pesos to get in. A beautiful spot that's worth the effort, especially the extra little walk up the canyon to the waterfall.
