Cascata Tahiti

This is definitely Peneda-Geres National Park's most beautiful waterfall, but it's not an easy access. You will have to trail down to the main lagoon area through a stone path, scrambling over very slippery rocks and then down a tricky path on the side of the falls. This gem was visited off, equipped with swimming trunks and a towel around the neck. Be careful though, as the way down from the street to the bottom of the waterfall is difficult and can be dangerous. But once at the foot of the waterfall you're down... You'll be amazed at the beauty of this place, and you'll be thankful for risking the walk. It can get crowed on a hot day, so go early to book yourself a nice spot. Water is really cold (as expected), but it's just perfect on a steaming hot day. After toasting in the sun, dipping in the water, and drying off a few times, the time came to leave this amazing place. The walk back to the road is "tricky" again, but you're going to get into the car with great pictures taken... And as I said earlier, you'll be thankful that you've come here.
